CONFERENCE PROGRAM & COST $825 ... for all 3 days ... with reductions available for last year’s Conference attendees and Early Bird registrations with payment before April 30th, and Same-Firm Multiple Attendees, if all attendees register and pay at the same time. Registration fee includes Conference program admission for all 3 days, all continental breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks and the Conference manual. Hotel accommodations are not included in the Conference fee. There will be a $40 processing fee for on-site registration, in addition to the full registration fee. All speakers are confirmed. However, Conference topic content is subject to change without notice. CPE CREDITS: Credit hours are recommended in accordance with the Statement on Standards for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Programs. Your State Board is the final authority for the number of credit hours allowed for each day. Monday & Tuesday are each intended to be 8-hour CPE days. Wednesday is intended to be a 5-hour CPE day. This Conference has not been pre-qualified on an individual or a state-by- state basis. LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Intermediate to advanced. PRE-REQUISITE: None. ADVANCE PREPARATION: None. TEACHING METHOD: Seminar/Lecture, Question and Answer Forums.

CONFERENCE LOCATION & ACCOMMODATIONS The Westin Galleria is located at 13340 Dallas Parkway, Dallas. For room reservations, call the Reservations Department of the Westin Galleria~Dallas directly at (972) 934-9494 or you can call the Westin Hotels and Resorts Central Reservations Office at (800) 228-3000. A limited block of rooms has been reserved at a reduced rate to Conference attendees. Conference fees do not include hotel accommodations. To obtain the limited special group rate, call the Westin Galleria~Dallas before May 18th and tell the Reservations operator that you are registering for the “De Filipps 4” Annual CPA-Auto Dealership Niche Conference” group block. After May 18, sleeping rooms at the Westin Galleria~Dallas are subject to availability and will not be available at the special group rate. Call soon - these rooms are sure to go quickly. Roundtrip transportation is available from both Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Love Field via Super Shuttle International. Shuttle vans depart each airport’s luggage claim areas on a regular basis, and pick-up from the Westin Galleria~Dallas requires a simple reservation. There will be no shared or split registrations permitted. If you cancel in writing prior to April 30th, 2001, you will receive a full refund. After that date, there is a $75 cancellation fee provided that you send and we receive a written cancellation prior to June 15, 2001. Registrants who do not cancel or who do not attend the Wednesday sessions remain liable for the full Conference fee. Partial or single-day registration is not available. GUARANTEE We want you to be 100% satisfied with this Conference. After attending the first two morning sessions on Monday, June 18th, if you believe that this conference will not be suitable for your needs, simply turn in your unmarked Conference Manual to us on site before 10:30 AM that same day, attend no more sessions, and we’ll refund your entire registration fee.
